在IPNC源码中有SaveJpeg函数只支持将JPEG编码生成图片，如果没有jpeg编码的码流可以将h.264编码的码流生成图片吗？

如果要编码jpg，就需要把yuv送给jpegenc编码。如果要编码h264，就需要把yuv送给h264enc编码。只是jpeg是每一个yuv都输出一个jpeg文件，而多个yuv输入和h264enc输出的是一个h264的码流。
