由于没有ipc基础知识，现在需要学习ipc的多核通信
按照IPC LAB 1.pdf文档在win7下执行make时
提示找不到路径，这是怎么回事？
check一下路径中有没有相关的xdc tools版本，及版本是否一致，check下makefile中工具路径。
