现在需要在C674x实现MP3编码，请问TI有提供这个codec吗？或者，我怎样自己编译符合XDM接口的这样一个codec呢？
我实际用的是DM8168芯片，下面链接是我在达芬奇(Davinci) 栏目的提问。

TI没有免费的MP3 encoder，因为是第三方的库，可以提供，但需要收license费，但AAC有免费的。
那我自己实现这个算法库，可以参考哪些资料呢？
