你好！想确定如下图中相同规格大小两种字体芯片的具体差异。
这两个表面打印对应的器件型号都是AM5718AABCXEA，功能上没区别。PACKAGING INFORMATIONhttps://www.ti.com/lit/ds/symlink/am5718.pdf
最近发现SATA低温冷启异常，故障件全是大字体器件，小字体的都正常。我们采购渠道也没问题。具体问题可以看我发的另一个帖子：https://e2echina.ti.com/support/processors/f/processors-forum/793557/am5718-sata
另外，也做了大字体拆除换小字体测试，故障件更换后就正常了
如果一个批次都是这样的话，需要找Arrow做售后了。

这个不是AM5718芯片的ID识别序列号，AM5718没有serial number来作为唯一的ID号。
