C6678 单核运行一个程序内存不足，想让一个函数放到另一个核中运行，运行完结果在返回核1，请问怎么处理？

程序运行中需要调用FFT实现的卷积函数，FFT点数为16K，在加上程序之前的存储，运行到FFT变换时程序就一直在running,，怀疑是内存不足。因此我想把卷积函数放到另一个核去执行？请问怎么设计？或者您有什么高见？谢谢。
