dm8147串口波特率异常 变为11520

做了两块板子，其中一块上电串口0会向外发2个C波特率为115200  另外一块会发8个C  但是波特率为11520  

时钟都是用的20mhz有源晶振，用示波器测量了一下，boot的时候， mmc  spi  的时钟  2块板子差异都是10倍。请教下，什么问题可能导致这样的情况。
