小弟买了AM3715的EVM板发现它用的是PoP Memory。若现在我要做一块自己的硬件然后我要用AM3715，那请问如果我也要用PoP Memory要怎么处理？是否可以在购买AM3715时顺便告知TI说有需要购买PoP Momery并请TI帮忙加上PoP Memory？还是说TI并没有提供这样的服务，需要跟TI分别购买AM3715和PoP Memory然后再自己去接?谢谢
