因为硬件设计的问题，GPIO9没有引出，想知道这种情况下，片选设置为00b，还能否用CS0端的flash启动（CS1没有挂载flash）
00模式不能用，如果BOOTMODE8管脚是0的话，只能是CS1片选信号。
