1. 请问SOC方面安全下电的直接指令是什么(比如，echo 1 > /proc/path/to/safe_shutdown_interface)。

2. 当SOC核心或者SOC域安全下电之后，在SOC域上的代码都已无法运行。此时，MCU域如何得知SOC域是否已经安全下电？
