我想再问一下，如果是想把.out文件生成可以直接烧写在NOR flash中的.bin文件，如果使用图1中的工具是在哪里下载的，TI有没有说明的datasheet。点击SPIBoot_out2bin.exe文件后，报错如图2。想问为什么会报错。
