我用emif的扩展口来读取ad采集到的数据，本想将ad采集到的16位数据接到emif的data口上，但是不小心插到了旁边的emif 地址线上，ad芯片数字部分的电源是3.3v，之后我用ccs连接板子，发现链接不上，报错如下：

很担心，是不是我的开发板被烧坏了。我测了一下，ad板子的数据线电压，因为我没有在ad上加输入信号，所以数据线基本在0v左右，只有最低bit有抖动（0~3.3v）
