现在使用的DDR3型号是MT41K128M16。
我按文档配置0x4c000038寄存器的LP_MODE=2，SR_TIM=0，应该在写入后，DDR3就进入自刷新状态了。
但测量CKE信号仍为1.2V

我在git上已经找到TI工程师DDR3自刷新的源码。
源码是linux下的sleep模式，sleep前最后一段汇编代码，
在uboot下用C实现相同功能后，DDR3成功进入和退出自刷新。
源码和文档内容略有差异，比文档中更多操作。
