在SWMS LINK创建的时候，有

    swMsPrm->maxOutRes                   = VSYS_STD_720P_60;
    swMsPrm->initOutRes                  = VSYS_STD_720P_60;

这两个参数，

请问在link 创建运行过程中，我能动态的修改视频的输出分辨率吗？
