DRA628，上电后L2内存不能使用。

UBOOT控制台下打算加载bin到L2，但是每次一操作L2，不管是MM、MD还是fatload，都会导致DEMO板停止响应。加载到DDR正常。

PM_ACTIVE_PWRSTCTRL设置为0x3。

RM_ACTIVE_RSTCTRL设置为0x2。

请问还需要设置哪些寄存器？谢谢。
