PRUSS 是 A 核的外设还是 remote core？
PRUSS是独立的子系统，不是ARM核的外设。
独立的子系统不好理解，是独立的核还是 FPGA ？独立的核是 arm 核还是其它的核？ PRU 可以跑用户程序吗？
独立的模块，不是arm核也不是fpga。可以跑用户程序。
能跑用户程序，应该是 核，不一定是 arm 核，mcu SDK 没有 PRU 资料和 DEMO，用户想利用 PRU 编程很困难
是 RISC core
