看不太懂你的问题，EDMA搬移后，目的地址的数据和源地址的数据肯定一样，相当于memcpy，不需要什么重传机制。
除非你有cache问题，在EDMA读源地址时，先将源地址进行cache flush，在EDMA搬移后，将目的地址进行cache valid。严格来说后者可以省略因为L2默认自维护cache一致性。
