DM6467是32位的DDR2接口，现在由于布线空间不够，只能放一片DDR2,16位的，存取速度肯定是慢了。

如果只使用16-bit的DDR，DDR吞吐会少一半。如果你的系统DDR loading是比较高的话，这样是会影响系统性能的。
