2、在SK-TDA4VM上，我们能否将某些程序固定运行在特定核心上？例如将程序A固定运行在第0个R5F核上，而将程序B运行在第1个R5F核上？
3、在SK-TDA4VM上，有没有对核心负载监控的脚本？该如何查看每个核心的负载？
