C4, C7, and C8 are filter capacitors, usually 0.1uF, 10uf.

Hi Zhou，

The two unsoldered chips are about the I2C. One chip provides the voltage of the pull-up resistor to the IIC, and the other chip acts as the IIC level shift.

If you don't use it, you can ignore it.

You can take another look at the schematic and user guide of the EVM.
