看了相关芯片资料，对这几种复位的区别还是模棱两可，能否用简单的语言描述它们的区别。
另外，对于soft reset和local reset，是否要在DSP要做特殊配置才能生效，因为复位引脚与Hard reset、POR一样？

POR reset是Power On Reset，整个芯片下电复位；
Hard Reset和Soft Reset通过管脚或寄存器配置区分，区别在于有些模块在Soft Reset不会被Reset；
Local Reset只针对DSP的某一个核，需要通过管脚指定某一个核进行Reset。
