SD burn模式对SD卡有什么要求么？

近期遇到一個SD燒錄的問題，256MB的SD卡無法識別,詳情如下：

 

兩個SD卡，一個256MB，一個4GB，裡面存放的文件相同。

 Boot mode設定ok后上電，插入256MB的SD卡，串口仍然只是打印cccc,

然後拔出，重新插入4GB的SD卡，此時正常燒錄。

 

請問燒錄對SD卡有什麼要求么？

    请问是接在AM335x上么？

    TRM对SD卡接口标准的描述如下：

    Serial link supports full compliance with:
    – MMC command/response sets as defined in the MMC standard specification v4.3.
    – SD command/response sets as defined in the SD Physical Layer specification v2.00
    – SDIO command/response sets and interrupt/read-wait suspend-resume operations as defined in
    the SD part E1 specification v 2.00
    – SD Host Controller Standard Specification sets as defined in the SD card specification Part A2
    v2.00

    是不是256M的SD的协议比较老呢？

    是的。直接  接在AM335X的MMC0。

    将256M的重新格式化后再是还是不行。

    sd卡本体上就只有micro sd  256M的字样，请问怎么看它的协议老不老啊？

    能否通过这个SD卡的生产厂家了解下所使用的协议呢，这么小容量的SD卡估计用的是很老的协议
