8168中 mcfw框架下在alglink中获取图像数据放入文件中，使用fopen(filename,wb)语句，编译通过，但是运行之后，发现并没有建立文件，请问C674x下不能进行文件读写吗？

fopen要基于文件系统的。在DM8168下DSP应该是没有挂文件系统的，所以不能做文件操作。
建议你在ARM上读取文件再传给DSP。
那在DM8168中EDMA该如何使用呢？
建议你参考mcfw\src_bios6\utils\src下EDMA相关代码。
