可以访问的啊，我们有的demo程序就是MMU和cache打开后在内部SRAM上跑的。
可以請問哪裡抓得到這個demo程序?
打开了mmu后，需要对这部分地址空间进行映射，您看看starterware或者processor rtos在mmu初始化部分都有相应的数组可以注册。
