如果是AM335x的PG2.1芯片，可以使用flash tool来通过USB口进行EMMC的烧写。可以参考这个：

我看最新的uboot好像支持自动从sd卡吧镜像拷贝到emmc中去

调试串口（UART0）也没有预留吗？
如有的话，串口启动U-boot，然后通过命令行烧写，也是一种调试时常用的烧写方式。
