现在在做一个视频相关的项目，要求把源视频（比如说1920*1080），只截取其中指定区域的视频然后输出（比如说只要第100行到500行，第70列到800列的一个矩形），请问这个截取参数的设定是应该在哪个文件中？感激不尽！
可以利用scalar link中的offset。在link创建参数里面可以找到的。
可以只取画面中的一个图像，再放大到原来尺寸
