关于6678L EMFboot NOR flash 与NAND flash

Andy 你好，

        我想通过EMIF实现boot , 手册里两种选择，一种是通过NAND flash， 另一种是通过 NOR flash。

        看论坛里大家都是采用外接NOR flash 实现的。NOR flash 是一种XIP 器件，但是为什么还需要搬移到内部RAM？

        那么NAND flash 的boot 与NOR flash 还有什么区别吗？
