用的是两片ddr组成1G，上图中的byte0和byte1是不是分别对应着两片ddr？？如果只有一片是不是两列填写一样的？？
是的。
基本上是这样，但是在使用一片DDR的时候DDR_CK是肯定一样的，但是DQS0和DQS1的长度也是要根据实际布线长度来的。
