前段时间这个问题都可以通过断电，重启cpu来解决。但是这几天这个问题严重了很多，有时候断电和重启CPU不能很好地解决。
问题：C6713load程序后跳转不了mian，而是一直在全速运行。如果这个时候halt ，那就会出现CCS与仿真器被断开。这时错误为：Trouble Halting Target CPU: Error 0x80000020/-1070 Fatal Error during: Execution, An unknown error prevented the emulator from accessing the processor in a timely fashion. It is recommended to RESET EMULATOR. This will disconnect each target from the emulator. The targets should then be power cycled or hard reset followed by an emureset and reconnect to each target. Sequence ID: 15 Error Code: -1070 Error Class: 0x80000020
Failed to remove the debug state from the target before disconnecting. There may still be breakpoint opcodes embedded in program memory. It is recommended that you reset the emulator before you connect and reload your program before you continue debugging.
