android 2.3系统，wifi不能自动扫描。加wifi.supplicant_scan_interval也无效

我使用ANDROID 2.3.4系统，dm3730cpu，（佐臻的模块） 我的系统当把WIFI第一次打开，可以扫描，但如果以后我把AP断开，wifi不能实现自动扫描再连接上，    我的源代码编译完，系统的build.prop 文件没有 wifi.supplicant_scan_interval    相关条目，我参考网上的参考，我就在文件中加入了  wifi.supplicant_scan_interval = 6，但还是不能实现自动扫描网络。  大家帮我看看，怎么办好呀。还有其它什么地方可以设置吗？

    如果点击进入wifi settings  界面是可以自动扫描的，在别的界面是不能自动扫描（wifi 打开了，有可用的wifi ap，但是它不链接，只有进入wifi settings  界面才自动扫描链接）。难到原生态代码是不能自动扫描的，我看网上有    wifi.supplicant_scan_interval  属性，我加了这个语句也不好用。大家怎么看这个
