现在要实现3路码流输出，输入为1080P60，输出1080、720、。。。cif，单个sc我测试处理不了3路1080P60，只能达到1080P30

SC的性能可按照M3频率来近似。 假如M3是200MHz，那么就是200Mpixel这么算，实际上因为存在多路切换的情形，实际会有损耗的。
你可以把ISS模块中的resizer模块也用起来，给SC减负。
