编码前能否添加一个dup link，一路去编码，一路给A8. 下面是给A8这路的流程。
dup link-》IpcFramesOutLinkRTOS （vpss to A8) ->IpcFramesInLinkHLOS
IpcFramesInLinkHLOS是运行在A8上的，从这个link就可以拿到YUV的数据了。
