请问你可以用J-link连上DM365吗？建议使用TI的仿真器来做。
这个是可以的，EMU0/1下拉可以进入ARM JTAG模式，DM36x EVM板子上有这个开关，ARM JTAG是20-pin的那个
可以通过标准的ARM工具，如ADS/SDT来操作ARM，或者用OpenOCD也可以
但是TI不提供相关的支持软件，您可以自己做，谢谢
