默认通过0x0c000000的地址范围进行访问时，只会经过L1 cache，如果通过MPAX进行地址重映射到外部地址，重映射的地址配置为cacheable，并且L2部分作为cache，则会经过L2 cache，具体参考c66 corepac user guide。
