sys/bios系统内存分配及网络问题

     请问SYS/BIOS系统占用内存在哪设置，我建立的工程在link.cmd里DDR3自动分配了0x2000 0000长度，我想把它改成0x0200 0000

另外，我用SYS/BIOS是用TCP/IP协议与PC机收发数据，没有用http,等服务，请问是否可以不用SYS/BIOS实现，可有例程提供么？
