8168板块上做采集编码功能，用rdk4.0，编h264码流。将i帧间隔设长点，图像就产生噪点、质量变差。
如果采集的画面是静止比较容易出现，一般20s不编i帧，图像就开始变差了。
大家知道怎么解决吗？
20s不编i是不是有点太长了。你的分辨率和目标码率是多少
