CCS3.1中可以添加dsplib.lib库，但始终无法添加dsplib.ae64p库，是不是CCS3.1不支持dsplib.ae64p封装库？
不支持，为什么要用CCS3.1？实在要用，那么可以用老版本的dsplib。
