6748的uart用普通的中断方式，是不是也像2000系列dsp，必须先发送一个数据才能进入发送中断？
c6748 THRE默认值是1，即Transmitter holding register (THR) is empty (ready to accept a new character)，所以只要IER中的ETBEI位使能，就能进入发送中断。
应该是这样，这家伙怎么问这么多关于串口的问题。有这功夫把uart部分的文档看完就差不多了
