现OMAP-L138要运行在456MHz，有如下几个疑问： 1. CVDD,RVDD上电是否直接加1.3V，还是先加1.2V，再调整到1.3V; 2. Datasheet中给出RTC_CVDD, PLL0_VDDA, PLL1_VDDA, SATA_CVDD, USB_CVDD的NOM电压为1.2V，MAX电压为1.32V，为符合datasheet中的上电顺序，给其提供和CVDD一样的1.3V，那是否可保证稳定运行，如果不能加1.3V，那要运行在456MHz，上电顺序是怎样的。
