C6678访问DDR3速率的问题。

各位TI大牛你们好：

我有一个困扰很久的问题，想请教各位。

我的开发环境是EVM6678的开发板，按照开发板的例程（memorytest），直接用core访问DDR应该能达到1GB/S的速率，但是实际使用过程中只有150MB/s左右，设置了L132Kcache，L2256kcache,不知道还需要其他的设置么？
