调试一块DM365的板，软件烧录后启动系统，串口信息一直停留在"启动内核"，就死机了，这种情况会是哪些方面造成的呢？请大虾们指点下，谢谢！

还有一块，烧软件过程中会提示没找到NandFlash，原因又会是哪些？
