我有一块板子上面有2片6678，其中一片sysclkout有输出，发热较大，另一片sysclkout无输出，轻微发热，请问sysclkout没有输出可以断定是片子损坏吗？还是也会有其它可能？谢谢指教！
查一下是否有电压及时钟输入。
