davinc 36x SPI SPIFMTn 设置无效

如题，我修改DM365的SPI驱动，重新开启一路spidev2.0，即用使用spi2，采用SPIFMT0格式，在设置PRESCALE0=3后，发现SPI clk引脚输出时钟没有变化而且只有HZ

级，SPI外设时钟有135MHZ，理论上SPI输出时钟应该至少有135M/(3+1)=33.75M 啊，不知道是怎么回事。
