外部中断和GPIO是复用的，复位后默认为GPIO，只要使能IER响应的位（4~7），就配置为中断模式了？不需要再配置其他了？
请教这种理解正确吗？谢谢
IER的响应位只是配置为外部中断模式，其他GIE，EXPOTL, MUXL, MUXH也要配置。
