用pinmux 生成的源文件怎么在linux 和uboot 里面用？

我们自己做的板子是仿照bbb 做的，但是管脚改了很多，我就用pinmux 生成了管脚复用的c 文件，但是问题来了，生成的代码里面的结构和uboot 已有的完全不一样，那我现在要怎么在uboot 和linux 下面使用？还是说要一项一项的改？

另外，要修改pinmux 各个管脚，那么我都该修改uboot 和linux 的那些地方？地方感觉不少，怕有遗漏。
