tms320c6713 芯片复位问题

6713由fpga提供复位信号，目前现象是如果给的复位信号脉宽20ns，dsp可以实现自举。如果大于20ns就不行。可是6713手册上明明要求复位信号是大于200ns。这是为什么？有人遇到过这种现象吗？

会不会是6713芯片有问题？目前两个板子都是这个现象，会是器件批次性问题吗？
