tci6630的arm核连接错误

软硬件环境：用的是自己设计的板卡，芯片型号为tci6630k2l，编译环境为ccs6.1，仿真器为SEED-XDS560V2。

问题描述：JTAG连接TCI6630K2L多核----4个DSP核成功连接，第一个ARM核连接成功，第二个ARM核无法连接并且第一个ARM核调试过程中会出现掉电现象。
