6678 PCIE的memory_base,memory_limit和prefetch_memory_base,prefetch_memory_limit设置的存储器区，有什么作用？
memory_base 和 memory_limited 是两个地区区间的高位， 表示这个bridge 上面所对应使用的总的PCIE地址区间，在PCIE寻址的时候， 会根据这个地址区间判断是否要由这个bridge来接受这次PCIE访问
prefetch 同理 ，是带prefetch的 PCIE地址空间
prefetch 地址空间是指这片memory可以在pcie 读写访问时有预取或者预加载功能
