关于TI am335X uboot的内存参数的配置问题。在线等。

本人是参考的这个文件来编译uboot，电路板是自己设计的。已经编译成功。

但是不知道该如何来修改内存的配置参数，比如内存的刷新速率，以及内存的大小。看了网上的有的人写的博客，写的比较乱，请问TI有官方的资料提供来修改内存以及nand的参数么？如果有的话，麻烦提供下链接，非常感谢。
