目前遇到跟楼主同样的问题，不知道解决了吗？我的也是25M无源晶振不起振，示波器量的，目前重新焊接了一个最小外围电路，只有AR8031，3.3v供电和晶振，负载电容，晶振仍然不起振，匹配电容从15P，22p，30p都试了
