C6701大小端格式错误请教

最近遇到一个问题：

C6701默认用小端编译后加载报错，说大小端格式和芯片不匹配。通过CCS查看CPU寄存器发现控制寄存器组全部为0，而且不能通过CCS修改。

将编译选项改为大端、把系统库改为rts6700e.lib、修改链接文件后编译通过，加载也能加载；但是无法运行，而且加载.out文件后CCS界面中直接跳到main函数头而不是c_int00.

还望工程师们指点。
